Terms and Conditions

• Access Passes are non-transferable once registered
• Only Founder's Club Members who have purchased a VIP Access Package are eligible to purchase additional VIP Access hours in-store during the VIP Access period. (Max 5 hours, subject to change)
• VIP Access hours never expire. If not used during the VIP Access period, remaining hours may be redeemed after Grand Opening.
• Soft and Grand Opening details will be communicated via email
• Booking availability may be adjusted during the pre-opening period
• All reservations are subject to the cancellation policy
• VIP ACCESS purchases may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund
